Important dates
- June 24, 2019: The First Announcement is sent to all former Summer school participants and to all other people at the ERME e-mail list (participants of former CERME conferences). In addition, the First Announcement is published at the ERME and YERME websites.
- September 30, 2019: Deadline for Application for admission to participate.
- November
15 25, 2019: E-mail notification is sent to all applicants, specifying that they are either invited to join the summer school or that they are included, at this stage, in the waiting list, or that their application is not accepted.
- January 24, 2020: Final registration and conference fee payment deadline for those accepted in the first round.
- February 15, 2020: Participants in the waiting list will receive final notification regarding their acceptance.
- February 18, 2020: Official acceptance letters are sent out to all accepted people who have paid the registration fees.
- February 18, 2020: Definitive reservation of rooms for participants – no refund possible after this date.
- February 25, 2020: Deadline for submitting full papers (by participants); immediate dissemination to participants and experts.
- March 9, 2020: Deadline for experts’ abstracts; immediate dissemination to participants.
- April 21-26, 2020: YESS-10 takes place.
