Registration
The accepted applicants are requested to pay their registration fee by January 24, 2020. There are two categories of registration fees:
- Those who will receive financial support (see the Financial support section) will have to pay 200 euros. These participants will be accommodated in twin rooms, i.e. they will share the room with another participant. Please note that these participants will have to wait for the evaluation of their application before proceeding with their payment.
- The remaining participants will have to pay 500 euros. Those who have asked to share a room with another participant will receive an amount back during the conference (in case they will be indeed accommodated in a twin room).
The conference fee should be paid by bank transfer to the account that follows. Please note that all expenses should be paid by the participant - it is the option OUR in the bank system.
